Ok, so recently, I have tried a new way of writing - with a friend. I have named this mini-series "Reflections on Reality"otherwise known as ROR. Basically, it's about two girls, Clare and Ali who "send" each poems about how they like who they like, and how they think each other feels about it and stuff. So this is a basic character analysis:


Clare.
Clare is a girl who is a bit older than Ali, and who believes love is like a thistle, something which looks beautiful is a way (their purple flowers!), but when you run over to it, it is prickly all over. She loves a man much older than her, by at least 10 years.. more than that! She gets quite angsty about her love, and sometimes wishes she were of a different generation or time, so she could marry this man. Unfortunately, she's not, so she is a rather sad character at the same time.

Ali.
Ali however, is a girl who loves life, and thinks love is a privelage in a way. She is very passionate about her love, and thinks of it as rose.. something which is beautiful is many ways other than looks, but you have to be careful with. She loves a guy about her own age, but he fails to see that she loves him, although everyone around them can tell she does. Even when she tells him he isn't sure if he believes her. She tends to use metaphors when she thinks about her love, and their relationship, almost like an artist and a painting.


As you can see, Ali is a more developed character in a way, whereas Clare is not so sure about her view on life. It changes as the days pass.
